Central Minnesota Builders Association Mission: The CMBA strives to improve the Central Minnesota community and grow its membership base by promoting the association to the public, educating the community about building industry best practices, and advocating for the building industry at the local, state, and national level. |
Dale Gruber Construction joined the Central Minnesota Builders Association in 1984 and is actively involved in many aspects of the organization. Dale served on the board of directors for nine years, was the CMBA president in 1991, served and chaired many committees over the years. Currently, Dale is on the membership and spike committees. He has been involved in membership recruitment for many years and has won several awards for his efforts. He currently holds the lead for most members recruited at over 500 members. Dale also serves as a life director representing the local association at the NAHB meetings.
