Dale began his leadership in the construction industry in 1983, when he founded Dale Gruber Construction.  His hard work, dedication and commitment to providing customers with personalized service and creative solutions has earned him the reputation as a quality contractor.  In 1997, he decided to separate the commercial and residential divisions and thus started, Dale Gruber's Home Check Plus; specializing in residential remodeling and maintenance.  With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Dale's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction shows through on each and every project.  Dale is a member and involved with numerous organizations including: Central Minnesota Builders Association (CMBA), Mid Minnesota Builders Association (MMBA), Builders Association of Minnesota (BAM), National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), National Commercial Builders Council (NCBC), Central Minnesota Builders Association Commercial Builders Council (CBC), Central Minnesota Builders Association Remodelers, National Association of Home Builders Remodelers, and St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce.  Dale is on the Board of Directors for ABC.  He has also previously served as the President for CMBA and BAM and currently is a Life Director for NAHB.  Dale was inducted into the Minnesota Building Industry Hall of Fame in the year 2000.
