Education: St. Cloud Technical College

Steve started his career with Dale Gruber Construction in 1994 as an estimator and controller.  Along with his every day duties of managing the office and finances, he provides assistance throughout the building process including drafting contractors, writing change orders, and developing the warranty booklets after project completion.  Steve is also trained on all the AIA forms used in the construction industry.
