Dale Gruber Construction performed a few maintenance and repair items because of a leak in the building's structure.  We repaired the damaged wall and roof.  To prevent water damage issues in the future, we redid the roof flashing so the water runs out properly.  The restaurant was able to stay open throughout construction.
