Gruber Designs worked in collaboration with Dale Gruber Construction and the owner to devise a layout of a 1,900 square foot addition and remodel of existing building. We incorporated existing company aesthetics in the exterior design and color choices. Gruber Designs did the complete construction documents for the project including floor plan, elevations, foundation, footing, & plot plans. We also created a 3-D rendering of the building for use in marketing.

Gruber Designs drew the preliminary sketches for Phase I and Phase II including the plan, elevations, roof plan. Phase I consisted of remodeling an old building and constructing a post frame building, which was completed by Dale Gruber Construction. Phase II will connect the old building with the newly constructed building. Gruber Designs also provided the client with exterior color options.

Private Client - Home Remodel - St. Paul, MN

The client was interested in remodeling their home by adding a second story. A 3-D rendering of the new facade and floor plan of the remodel project was created, so they could get a better understanding of how the house would look once the project was complete.
